Dale Weaver
Dale began crop adjusting in 1981. In 1988, he started the
Dale Weaver Agency and started selling crop insurance. In
1996, he joined forces with FTH Financial Services. Dale
holds The Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist
(AFIS) Designation…the nation’s only insurance
designation on agricultural risks. Dale resides in rural
Ashkum with his wife Kerry. They have two children...

Jeff & Deb Caspary
Jeff began work as a Fieldman for Rain & Hail Crop
Insurance in Bloomington in 1994. In 1996, he joined forces
with FTH Insurance. Jeff holds the Accredited Advisor in
Insurance Designation (AAI) and the Associate in Insurance
Services Designation (AIS). Deb began work at Champion
Federal in 1988 and got her license in 1989. In 1990 she
moved to the Heaton Agency in Pontiac and in 1993 she
purchased Corban Insurance out of Cullom. In 2000, Deb
joined forces with FTH Insurance. Deb also holds the
Accredited Advisor in Insurance Designation (AAI). Jeff
and Deb reside in Clifton with their three children,
Andrew, Westin, & Benjamin. They are both Alumni of the
University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign...Go ILLINI!!!

Dick Arie
Dick began work at Watseka Farmers Grain Coop in 1971,
and took over management in 1989. In 1995, Dick became
Farm Manager at the First Trust & Savings Bank and
started selling crop insurance for FTH in 1998. Dick also
holds the AFIS Designation. Dick lives in rural Watseka
with his wife Peggy. They have three children...Megan,

Neil Schippert
Neil started his career in Ag Lending at First of America
Bank in 1992. From there, he joined the First Trust &
Savings Bank in 1997. Neil resides in Watseka with his wife
Theresa and two children, Jake and Taylor. Neil currently
serves on the Foundation Board of Directors at Prairieview
Lutheran Home in Danforth, IL. He is also a member of
the Watseka Little League Board along with coaching
numerous sporting activities. He is an Illinois State
University alum...Go REDBIRDS!!!

Steve Rhoades
Steve is a life long Watseka resident. He is a graduate if
Watseka Community High School, Kankakee Community
College, and various banking courses. Steve has hung his
hat at First Trust & Savings Bank as a loan officer for the
past 25 years. He received his insurance license in 2007 and
now sells insurance for FTH. Steve and his wife Lori have
two children, Stephanie and Neil. Steve is active in youth
and civic activities, a member of 1st United Methodist
Church, sits on the Watseka Library Board, and is a 20+ yr.
